Sheri provided the perfect "after" wedding for us. We'd had a July Denver wedding with the reception downtown, but there was no time in the day for us to escape to the mountains for those pictures we both wanted. The "Happily Ever After" package was perfect and we chose a fall day when the colors had changed and headed up to the mountains near Red Rocks. I wore my gown and my husband a tux, just like in July, yet the day was quite different. I think we were both free to just enjoy the whole picture taking experience without the pressure of the actual wedding day.

Our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be including the photography. We were apprehensive about getting our photos taken and Sheri always us feel at ease and used techniques that were transparent to others so that our photos were relaxed. Asking Sheri Frazier Photography to photograph our wedding was a great decision and a perfect fit for our vision of what we wanted for our photographs. Sheri & her team were so wonderful, accommodating, organized and prepared for our big day!
Sheri set a time to meet with us before the day and asked a lot of personal questions to build a shot list for the wedding day. They asked who we wanted photos of, what we wanted photos of, and most importantly if we had any particular style in mind.
We were a little worried about the space where we had our ceremony. It's a very unique building without much light except for what sunlight comes in and that light is always moving around. Sheri worked quickly and did a fantastic job with us and with our party and guests to capture our personal moments as well as the unique aspects of the venue which was a very important factor for us. Not every photographer can walk into a new space and pull off all of your requests and make it look easy. They were very adaptable to every request, made us feel good, and we had amazing pictures to share with all of our family and friends.

My partner of twenty years and I were finally married in January of this year. We were married on a very stormy Saturday. The plan was to go to Belmar Park for some pictures before the ceremony. Even though it was bitter cold and snowing quite hard, Sheri encouraged us to try the photos anyway.
The conditions were far from ideal, but the pictures turned out to be spectacular. My partner and I are not young, and I have never liked pictures of myself, but I have to say that the pictures that Sheri took make me feel like a beautiful princess - heck, a queen. Sheri not only has a great technical acumen, but she has a way of bringing out the emotion of the day. She has a true artist's eye. Seeing the pictures, no one could ever tell that we were freezing. The love on our faces lights up the day.
Because this was not the first time around for Marina or myself, we were not too concerned about getting high quality photos. We really thought just a few "nice" pictures would do. Sheri convinced us that these would matter a great deal in all the years to come, and she was right.
She captured the day from start to finish with great care, not only taking the photos we wanted, but included all 35 of our guests in the pictures. Believe it or not though, a couple of my favorite photos are of the empty chairs set up in our living room before the ceremony. Her artist's eye captured the anticipation of the day in a beautiful way.
Anyone who has seen the pictures cannot get over how beautiful they are. I have already recommended Sheri to many brides. I am so thankful she was our photographer and we have these cherished mementoes of our special, special day.
